I asked Helen to make me a selection of cakes, biscuits, scones and a quiche for an afternoon tea , to deliver & share with family and extended family. Wow! It was amazing, a fabulous lemon cake, mini Victoria sponges , scones and Viennese whirls which were to die for. Top quality and superb value. I can’t recommend Blossom Bakery highly enough. Fabulous bakes and highly professional service.

I’m always worried about ordering cakes because we are vegan and also have family members that are gluten intolerant. Previously I’ve ordered cakes from bakers and they’ve either been refused or they tasted very strongly of baking powder. We met Blossom Bakery at a wedding fair and instantly loved the cakes. A trial box of twelve flavours sealed it — all so flavourful and different from each other. We settled on a double chocolate tier, a cherry Bakewell tier and a vegan & gluten-free tier, and they tasted amazing. Helen listened to my random description of what I wanted it to look like and brought it to life. So easy to organise and communicate with.

This was my second cake order from Helen and she did not disappoint. Very happy with the decoration — turned out even better than I expected, and the cake itself was really yummy. I also appreciated Helen’s patience as we worked through what the cake should look like. It looked great, tasted great, and the customer service was great — a hat trick, I would say!
